| Key players in the success of regional collaboration in both Tampa
Bay, FL and the Chicago Metro area will talk about what it takes to
develop and implement a regional shared vision at the Second Annual
South Florida Regionalism Summit on October 22.
The Summit sponsored by the Tri-County Leadership Council, representing
the Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach County Leadership Associations,
is designed to help participants understand how all the regionalism
puzzle pieces fit together.
Lynda Keever, Publisher of “Florida Trend” magazine
opens the Conference with an overview of the trends and issues associated
with regional initiatives and leads a discussion about the benefits
of regional collaboration.
Stuart Rogel, President & CEO of the Tampa Bay Partnership (TBP)
and Frank Beal, CEO of Chicago Metro 2020, Inc., will share the challenges
and successes
of identifying and pulling together all the pieces.
Representatives from the Regional Business Alliance, Broward Alliance,
Miami-Dade Beacon Council and the Palm Beach County Business Development
Board will discuss how their organizations fit into the puzzle.
Participants will leave the Conference with a clear understanding
of what it takes to make regionalism work. |
